Oatmeal Fudge Cookies

So, basically every Sunday growing up we'd make a batch of these (if not 2 or 3!) and lots of times in between. They're the Brigmon Oatmeal Fudge Cookies and watch out cause these suckers are addicting!!

Ingredients:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, depends on your preference)
1 c. oatmeal (instant is the best)
Foil or Wax Paper

Directions:

Melt butter on low on stovetop. Once melted add milk. In a separate bowl mix together cocoa and sugar until blended. Stir into butter/milk combo until blended. Turn heat up to medium-high until mixture is rapidly boiling. Once rapidly boiling, let boil for 3 minutes. Then, take off heat and stir in peanut butter until melted. Add oatmeal. Pour cookie size amounts onto foil/wax paper and let cool until hardened. Enjoy!

  1. I tried making these tonight but I put too much peanut butter and they got too thick and crumbly... but still tasted good so I guess thats what matters. I will have to try again sometime and maybe someday I can make them as good as you do ;)
