Garlic Salt Chicken

So seeing as nothing has been posted on here in quite some time and also that I'm extremely's a little tidbit of my favorite way to grill up some chicken on the skillet:

Season both sides of chicken w/ preferred amount of garlic salt & Pepper. Cook until done. Voila!

I eat a LOT of chicken breast now that I've recommitted myself to trying to eat healthier & shed the pounds. This flavor is so tasty and I never seem to get tired of it. I love to cut it up and eat it in a salad or w/ some seasoned veges...try slicing garlic and a bit of butter into green beans...mmm! Or steam a few bulbs of garlic w/ some zucchini to make it spreadable and mix w/ some olive oil to drizzle on top - YUM!
